I had a lot of creative visions during the months I was working on my tarot deck. I was manifesting the work and dreaming of the design it would eventually take. At some point in those months, I had a lucid about a tarot deck. I saw the cards very clearly in my mind. I wrote down what I saw in my dream. I thought I was going to create something like it. The decked turned out to be something that already exists, Elemental Power Tarot. The deck is made by Melinda Lee Holm with illustrations by Rohan Daniel Eason and is published by Cico Books.

In this unboxing, we will look at Ancient Italian Tarot by Lo Scarabeo. The collection of images was edited by Pietro Alligo for Lo Scarabeo. This Tarot deck is a reproduction with an inscription that reads: Cartiera Italiana, 1880 Serravalle Sesia. This could be read as: Italian Paper Factory in the municipality of Serravalle Sesia from the region of Piedmont in 1880.

Most sources regarding the origin of the Ttarot agree that playing cards are apart of it. At some point in history, a deck of playing cards was expanded to include a set of 22 trumps. These were thought to be special cards with particular meaning within the context of the game. Over time, the 78 card deck became linked with occult interest. It was then more commonly used for divination and other spiritual means. The Tarot of Loka is a new take on an old-style that harnesses both the history of tarot gaming and occult history.

The Voyager Tarot deck represents a departure from the contemporary tarot deck design. This will be unlike any tarot deck you have used before. The images are done in collage style with lots of symbolism embedded in the images. The strangest thing about this particular unboxing video is how much I revealed myself. The tarot reading I did at the end was very deep. It drew out a lot of information about my past and who I am. No, I am not ashamed or scared to reveal these things. I am proud of the accomplishments I have made, and how far I have gotten in the last few years.

In addition to this, there are things I wouldn’t have been able to know until I started using the deck.
The colour scheme of Splendor Solid harmonizes with my Etteilla Tarot deck. Both decks share a common burgundy colour for the backing design.
I didn’t realize this until I had the decks sit beside each other. I used them together for my weekly personal readings, and I was using the Strider Reading Method.
The cards look very different, but they share a similar relation to the renaissance time period.

This blog represents my first attempt at carving a path through the occult and mystical elements of the world. My goal in this attempt was to locate as many unique iterations of the Tarot.
