Trying to keep track of my social media profiles is an intriguing task. The data is more complex than I had realized. What should be considered, and how to look at it? What I can tell you is that I am not sure website visits factor into these results yet, and the Youtube profile is an anomaly. It shows your subscribers and the number of videos, but it does not show how many accounts you have subscribed to.
I feel that an important factor is the accounts you follow with your profile. I think that once I know more about these numbers the following number will help determine your ratio of how many followers you can gain per piece of content.
Here are the results for my most active social media profiles as of January 16, 2021.

For every 1 post, I could gain 2 followers (rounded down). The conditions for that ratio I think are tied to the following amount. In this case, it is 1862. It is close to the followers number by 683. It isn’t any greater than double the amount of followers I have which would be 2358.
Tweets: 5607
Followers: 750
Following: 1694
Media: 720
Likes: 3364
Twitter is much different than Instagram above. I have to make about 7 tweets to gain 1 follower. My following number is also more than double the amount of followers too. I think that if I bring the following number down it may help.
Videos: 460
Likes: 2259
Followers: 178
Following: 586
With TikTok I have to do at least 2 videos to gain 1 follower. Ideally, it would be 3 videos to gain one follower. My following is number is also well beyond double my followers number. I may have to bring that down and increase the amount of videos I do.

On Insgram I did 7 pieces of content and had an increase of 4 followers.
On Twitter I made 203 tweets and gained 14 followers.
For TikTok I uploaded 8 videos and gain 21 followers.
In total, I did about 15 content pieces and 203 tweet pieces. The Twitter platform is also much easier to create tweets. Retweeting makes up a large part of that. Total followers gained was 39.
